Lo Studio Temporary Manager™ ricerca  una figura di Responsabile della Logistica a tempo indeterminato per importante azienda cliente facente parte di un Gruppo Multinazionale. Il manager dovrà essere residente o disponibile al trasferimento in zona Trieste/Monfalcone e con una conoscenza dell'inglese almeno intermedia (qualifica di quadro e ca. 60.000 euro di RAL annuale). Il manager ricercato dovrà coprire la posizione con piena responsabilità gestendo prodotti complessi, di grandi dimensioni e di prodotti a rischio ambientale, essere estremamente operativo e abituato a “sporcarsi le mani” se necessario. L'assunzione è prevista entro fine 2018 o inizio 2019.
I compiti e le caratteristiche ricercate nel manager sono meglio descritte di seguito in inglese: 

• For the operations, during the bidding stage, to provide to Sales dept. costs and schedule for logistics services;
• To purchase Logistic services, in accordance to the given budget, schedule and technical requirements;
• To control the shipment, including to contact the Authority for shipment purpose;
• Purchase tools and service for internal logistics;
• Manage the income/outcome material in/from the warehouses.
• To achieve the above goals Logistic & Warehouses Manager need to have knowledge on Logistic market, Authority requirements, purchasing strategies and management of warehouses. 
• When deviation from budget, schedule or technical requirements are unavoidable, Logistic & Warehouses Manager will inform the relevant dept. to ask instruction to proceed.

Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):

• Management and purchasing of external Logistic operations: shall negotiate at better market conditions Logistic operation, suggesting alternatives, taking in to account schedule and budget.
• Purchase on internal Logistic service: Coordinating with Production will assure an adequate level of internal logistic. 
• Management of WHSs: Management of multiple WHSs. 
• Management of Company cars: Negotiated and management at better market condition the Company cars.
• Inventory control: ensure proper inventory control of direct / indirect materials within the plants. 
• Material management: manage the codification of items in ERP and periodical evaluation of materials and codes obsolescence. 
• Materials traceability: ensure that stored materials are properly supported by documentation, manuals and certifications. 
• Assets management: certify safeguard of company assets, tools and machineries under warehouse responsibility.
• Technical High School or Engineering Degree (Bachelor or Master) 
• 7 years on same role (only senior position is foreseen for this role) 
• Specific certifications are not required
• English (upper intermediate)
