The STM operations vision is "end to end manufacturing” and process driven, it replaces the concept of vertical functional organization which generates the "silo" effect and serious difficulties within the organization.
The efficiency of the Operations passes through the correct design and industrialisation of the product, the adequate industrialisation of the process, the efficiency of the production processes and the maximum effectiveness of the Supply Chain.
To execute the STM operations vision the manager must have a 360° vision and experience of the industrial processes in order to make them efficient and generate economic and financial results backed by transparent industrial accounting.
The presence in the company of a Temporary Manager in the Operations area must be characterized by great sector experience and specific seniority in the role, to guarantee maximum effectiveness immediately without the typical integration times of a permanent. In addition, all STM managers are highly operational with a direct "hands on" approach ready to support the company structure even in times of difficulty with the aim of consolidating results in the following areas of intervention.
